Prevention of the relapses of the tumors after completion of the specific therapy in the high-risk groups that achieved remission.
Diseases include: ovarian, breast, colon, stomach, kidney cancers, melanoma
Therapy principle: the therapy employs individually tailored autologous (patient’s own) cell products: anti-tumor dendritic vaccines and/or cytostatic lymphocytes. The cell product is prepared from the cells of the patient. The dendritic cells and lymphocytes are separated from the PBMCs of the patient. The cells are expanded in the laboratory and then incubated with the tumor antigens to obtain specific cell subpopulations and mature dendritic cells that are the basis of the immunotherapy. It takes from two to three weeks to prepare the cell product.
Result: Arrest of the disease progress and immune prevention of the relapses of malignant tumors.
